The Lakefront Church smartphone app has recently been upgraded to include new features for our usage. Check out some of the new functions that this app now offers:
1) The App now allows church members to communicate their contributions to church dinners and menus. The app user can now go into the app, click on menu planner, and click the food types that they intend to bring and hit submit. That sends it to the church office for compiling what the menu will consist of. 2) The App now offers a dedicated calendar for the Food Pantry. 3) The App now allows users to sign up themselves and others for the pantry. App users go into the food bank icon, then online application, fill out the form and hit submit. The pantry will receive this data and complete the sign up for the pantry. You may also use this for your neighbors. 4) A complete list of summer feeding sites for area students offering free meals. 5) Donate online 6) You may now schedule an emergency box pickup, simply go to this link, click on the day you are picking it up and select the time, that then fills in our calendar. Happy Apping!

Two years ago, the church offered its outreach and ministry for the unemployed of Magoffin County. Jeffery Tackett came on board and utilizes his skills and abilities obtained through teaching for 13 years for the Department of Labor to help local residents seek employment through resume writing, interview skill enhancements, and other employ-ability educational services. Since then, the church has received federally funded positions with KTAP and Back to School Programs. Recently, the ministry was allotted a Senior Citizen position for a senior within the community that would like to go back to work. Final paperwork and approval is currently pending. Currently, Shannon Vanhoose and Annie Hollanbaugh serve in these two positions.
Lakefront will kick off revival services on May 16th with a sacrament service. Service will begin each night at 7PM and will feature a different minister nightly. Revival services will convene each evening at 7PM and will end on May 19th. We invite you each to bring a friend and a come out and worship with us. The revival will conclude on Friday evening with Pastor David Montgomery, a native of Willard Ohio, bringing the message
